Helping fast food chain Wendy's to make the most of its point of sale information has taken business intelligence consultancy Cortell to the top of this year's IBM Business Partner awards. Using IBM's Cognos TM1 analytics solution, Cortell added a dynamic element to Wendy's use of sales data. The company can now analyse its information in near real time, and the project enabled enhanced decision making which has placed Wendy's in a more competitive market position.
