NZSA's networking evenings, conducted once a month, brings together both members of the Association and non-members to hear industry heavy weights talk about their journey in growing a company.
Audience members were asked to introduce themselves and talk about the various areas within software that they play.
Gavin Lennox, president of NZSA, starts the proceedings and introduces the speaker of the evening.
Scott Bradley, CEO of VMob spoke at length on the difficult path to success that is traced by most small firms, and how VMob was no different.
Bradley stated that "being a global company from new zealand is bloody hard", especially when it comes to supporting clients around the world. He also spoke about the challenges faced in raising capital in the country.
Audience members asked questions of Bradley and the VMob solution at the end of his speech.
The event also marked the lauch of NZSA's new logo and branding, along with its reworked newsletter and website.
