SYDNEY – June 24, 2004 -- Coined the most significant Customer Relationship Management (CRM) release in the company’s history, PeopleSoft today announced general availability of PeopleSoft Enterprise CRM 8.9. The new release offers 15 new products, three new industry solutions, more than 700 new features, and focuses not only on delivering new and enhanced functionality, but also on usability and integration.

Customer Portfolio Management: Companies can now determine the value of each customer, segment customers based on that value, and create plans to reach each segment.
Partner Relationship Management: New, fully integrated suite of operational and transactional applications to better manage partner relationships, including planning partner programs, setting and tracking objectives and managing performance.
