Jabra the leader in engineering communications and sound solutions, recently announced a new strategic partnership, appointing Atlas Gentech as an official New Zealand distribution partner for its contact centre and enterprise audio products.

Atlas Gentech has more than 20 years of experience and expertise in providing unified communication (UC) solutions, and this capability is further extended with the addition of Jabra’s high-quality, professional headsets and sound solutions. The partnership between Jabra and Atlas Gentech underpins a strategic decision by Jabra to broaden and strengthen its national distribution platform in the New Zealand market.

David Piggott, managing director ANZ at Jabra, said, “Our distribution partnerships are a key contributor to the ongoing growth and success of our business. Atlas Gentech’s achievements in providing UC deployment value to its customers fit perfectly with our distribution strategy and allow us to support businesses even more effectively in New Zealand.”

David Piggott continued, “The call centre and UC space is rapidly transforming, and New Zealand businesses are looking for technologies that will drive greater productivity, efficiency and customer satisfaction. Our experience in creating high-quality consumer headphones, professional headsets and hearing aids all under the one roof means that we are extremely well-positioned to help businesses navigate the changing nature of audio communications. We welcome Atlas Gentech as one of our valued distribution partners and look forward to working together to deliver innovative headset solutions.”

Chris Fair, General Manager North at Atlas Gentech, said, “Jabra is an incredibly innovative company and a well-established, respected brand. A Kumeu, Auckland, winery was the venue for a Malwarebytes event for partner and prospect MSPs - with some straight shooting on the side. The half-day getaway, which featured an archery competition, lunch and wine-tasting aimed at bringing Malwarebytes' local New Zealand and top and prospective MSP partners together to celebrate recent local successes, and discuss the current state of malware in New Zealand. This was also a unique opportunity for local MSPs to learn about how they can get the most out of Malwarebytes' MSP program and offering, as more Kiwi businesses are targeted by malware.
