Experience ISV Day 2.1 – the rhipe way

Experience ISV Day 2.1 – the rhipe way

“Designed 100% for you, the ISV; the aspiring ISV or the partner that sells to ISV’s”

rhipe is the first NZ distributor to address the everyday challenges of the NZ ISV in a local forum.  If you develop, market and sell your own software and apps, this event will provide you with the resources you need to scale your business.

Independent software vendors (ISV) have so much to deal with and we don’t know the half of it. From ideation to market sizing, to funding the idea to everything else and no one has even mentioned making money yet. That’s why we’ve tried to ensure that rhipe’s ISV Day 2.1 has content for everyone, from the business owner to the technical developer.

On the first of February more than 100 ISV’s will swarm to the B:Hive. They will be inspired with thought provoking sessions, from international and local industry guest speakers to technical evangelists. Not only will you get great insight, but it is also a great opportunity to network with like-minded individuals.

“ISV’s are all at different stages on their journey. Their solution is NZ’s next “IT” No 8 Fence wire and I’m excited about the possibility of helping these great solutions find their target markets in the world we live in” Country Manager at rhipe, Tovia Va'aelua, said. “Imagine  supporting our ISV community by helping them to take a great product to market, and punch above their weight on a global scale – why wouldn’t we make that a priority?”

According to Tovia, New Zealand has over 1300 ISV’s who are taking their vision to reality.  rhipe have the expertise to hand hold the ISV through the onboarding process to Azure CSP.  In what can be a complicated, time consuming process, rhipe have made it simple.  Not only are rhipe helping to get the fundamentals right, we have made growth of the ISV community a key priority.

The costs of a full-time cloud engineer or DevOps specialist are high, and something that the SMEs making up about 97% of NZ businesses simply can’t sustain. However, just because your business is still growing doesn’t mean you can’t afford to invest in your IT and infrastructure.

Engaging a Cloud partner can provide you with the support you need, whilst keeping costs down. Even if your business is larger, consuming SaaS products, or implementing an outsourced managed services model can allow you to focus where it counts: on your business and not your infrastructure.

With Azure Specialists across APAC, rhipe can assist ISV partners from architecture, solution design, implementation, and optimization to fully utilise Azure intelligent cloud.

As a partner, the ability to work directly with rhipe to design and implement a solution that meets your unique requirements and have someone on the phone 24/7 locally to support the solution you developed together, can drastically decrease ‘infrastructure anxiety’.

If disaster strikes, you know a dedicated local team is on it. Even if you are running your infrastructure on-premises today, rhipe are capable of taking a low risk migration approach to accelerate your cloud adoption. rhipe use the best migration tools in the market and follow a “phased migration” methodology to mitigate any unnecessary downtime and potential issues during the transformation journey.

Rhipe vision is to make the Azure CSP experience best of class.  Make sure you register as seats will be limited.
