Think Concepts acquired by its leading executives

Auckland-headquartered Think Concepts has been acquired by its leading executives for an undisclosed sum.

Established in 2002 the company has been privately owned and was acquired from its founder Hadleigh Bognuda by CEO Ahlam AyoubZadeh and COO Simon Davis in May.

In a joint letter to customers, the now owners of the business said: "We have both worked in the business for the last nine years and are looking forward to growing and improving our services."

Think Concepts employs 23 staff and provides managed services from its three offices located in Auckland, Tauranga and Wellington.

The owners said the daily operations remain the same and that they will focus on growing the business and also investing in its culture.

The MSP operates across several different industries but has a strong focus on accounting and pharmacy and has recently launched a dedicated IT helpdesk solely for Pharmacy clients

Think Concepts works with a varied range of vendors including AWS, Cisco, Flexigroup, HP, Microsoft, Spark and VMware to name a few.
