Exeed strikes software suite deal with ConnectWise

Exeed has signed a distribution agreement with ConnectWise in New Zealand, spanning the vendor’s software management platform.
Terms of the deal will see partners gain access to a business management offering which automates the entire lifecycle of technology service delivery, including sales, service, project tracking and back-office functions, from a single pane of glass.
“The New Zealand IT industry is always changing and many of our customers are embracing managed services to create new revenue streams,” said Justin Tye, managing director of Exeed.
“ConnectWise already has a large customer base in New Zealand but we believe there is a huge opportunity for more of our reseller partners.”
From a channel perspective, ConnectWise aligns with managed service providers and value-added resellers, alongside specialists across cloud and security.

The partnership comes four months after ConnectWise CEO Arnie Bellini offered his largest endorsement of the channel in Australia and New Zealand (A/NZ) to date, as the vendor unveiled increased investment in local operations.
Unveiled during IT Nation Europe 2018, the trans-Tasman market accounted for 7.4 per cent of the tech giant’s revenue in 2017, triggered by a 37 per cent increase in local partners during the past two years.
In a bid to facilitate further growth, ConnectWise opened a new office in Sydney in April, while also increasing the number of colleagues dedicated to the A/NZ market.
The new office is designed to allow partners to receive on-site product training, education and face-to-face time with account managers.
