One of Enprise Group’s original founders has been appointed CEO of the company, with Elliot Cooper taking the hot seat.
Cooper is a co-founder and executive director of Enprise - a specialist provider of solutions based on the MYOB EXO and MYOB Advanced software platforms - and formerly held the Enprise Group CFO role.
In addition to his financial expertise Elliot has extensive experience in the financial software business and, alongside Mark Loveys, was a designer of software products including Exonet, now renamed MYOB EXO.
Elliot replaces outgoing Enprise Group CEO Mark Loveys, who has been appointed CEO of Datagate Innovation Ltd, of which Enprise Group is a shareholder.
Listed on the New Zealand Stock Exchange’s NZX Alternative Market on 1 December 2014, Enprise Group has three operating divisions: Enprise Solutions, Enprise Software and Datagate Innovation Ltd.
