Ultrafast Fibre, a high speed internet services company, has chosen Enghouse Interactive as their communications and contact centre solution provider in New Zealand.
In a five-year deal, Enghouse Interactive, a parent company of Zeacom, and BayCom will provide a full suite of communications solutions to Ultrafast Fibre.
Terms of the deal will include Enghouse Interactive Communications Centre (EICC) as their multi-channel contact centre platform, complete with email queuing, call back and Touchpoint desktop - they will also be implementing NEC’s Univerge SV9500 IP telephony solution with full redundancy.
“We needed a reliable, carrier grade solution that could be implemented in a short timeframe,” says Richard Jeffares, Chief Operating Officer, Ultrafast Fibre.
“We spoke with BayCom and Enghouse, and they delivered on both counts. The EICC platform provides the intelligent team based routing we required, and fits perfectly with our Avalanche modules, to ensure constant up time.
“As an ultra-fast broadband network operator, that is essential for our customers’ experience.”
For Dean Hodgson, Manager Director Asia Pacific for Enghouse Interactive, EICC’s capability combined with being “easily integrated” into a pure IP offering delivered the “perfect fit” for Ultrafast Fibre.
“Working with BayCom, we were able to agree the solution with Ultrafast Fibre, and have it deployed and running within eight weeks from the initial contact with us,” he adds.
