Flash storage provider Violin Memory has signed a distribution agreement with Sapply in New Zealand, to provide the Kiwi channel with a range of all flash array storage solutions.
Terms of the A/NZ agreement will see Violin Memory tap into Sapply's distribution network comprising global PC manufacturers, system integrators and niche vertical resellers who help customers find the right technology solutions in the virtualisation, cloud, infrastructure and network spaces.
In addition, local channel partners are poised to also benefit from Violin Memory’s newly launched global partner program, which provides targeted product support, services and tools.
“This partnership reflects a strategic stride forward for Violin as our industry-leading flash arrays continue to gain market share in ANZ,” says Michael Burnie, Country Manager of A/NZ, Violin Memory.
“Sapply regularly helps its clients outperform the markets they serve by offering a diverse range of services.
“Our proven technology is an ideal fit for their commitment to client satisfaction and we are confident that Sapply is wholly dedicated to helping grow our business, making them the ideal distribution partner for us in ANZ.”
According to Gordon Taylor, Director, Sapply, Violin Memory is highly complementary to the distributor’s existing solutions portfolio.
“They offer unique flash storage capabilities that strike a balance between performance, reliability and affordability that, today, cannot be found elsewhere,” he adds.
“The demand for flash storage in A/NZ is growing rapidly and our goal is to provide our customers with a one-stop shop to meet their data storage needs from the ground up.”
