MHA Cloud Computing has attained Microsoft’s Gold Hosting competency, which demonstrates a best-in-class ability and commitment to customer service and the best in hosting solutions.
Colin Williams, General Manager at MHA, says the company is proud of the achievement as earning Gold Competency in hosting requires a substantial ongoing commitment to technical training in the latest Microsoft technology, continued education of staff and commitment to continuous improvement.
“We have made a significant investment in our people and our customers in order to take MHA to the next level,” Williams adds.
“Achieving Gold Hosting Status reflects our expertise and commitment to operating as a professional and forward looking hosting company.
“With over a decade of leadership in application hosting on the Windows platform, MHA holds a longstanding reputation in the industry of being early adopters of new technologies.
“MHA was a world leader in deploying Hyper-v within a hosting environment, and has developed and operates New Zealand’s only true Lync hosting platform. We are now leading with Office365 and Azure integrated solutions.”
MHA Cloud Computing specialise in best-of-breed cloud based IT solutions; delivering managed IT services from the MHA Cloud in New Zealand, Office365 and Azure.
And unlike other IT companies that have been threatened by Office365 and Azure, Williams says MHA has embraced these technologies and adapted by incorporating into MHA’s core product set.
Consequently, Williams believes this “unique approach” has further been recognised by the recent announcement of MHA as a finalist in the Microsoft Partner Awards.
“The uptake of Microsoft cloud solutions is widespread and accelerating, hosting companies have to differentiate and adapt to stay relevant,” he adds.
“Our hosting experience has made it easy for us to offer solutions based on Office365 and Azure; both our Lync and Managed Desktop solutions both integrate seamlessly with Office365 and deliver a great end-user experience.”
Brent Kendrick, Microsoft New Zealand’s Director for SMB and Partners, congratulated MHA on achieving the competency level, which he says puts MHA in the top 1 percent of the global Microsoft partner ecosystem.
“In New Zealand, MHA are now one of a very small number of hosting partners who have achieved the high standard required for Gold level partner status,” he says.
“We affirm the great work they have done in reaching this level and look forward to working with them as they continue help customers achieve more through uniquely tailored hybrid cloud solutions.”
