Data system change for Ministry of Health
- 11 November, 2008 22:00
The Ministry of Health is seeking an Identity Data Service solution as it looks to develop an identity database.
According to request for proposal (RFP) documents released this week, the Ministry wants the database to provide identity and address information about recipients, health providers and the area in which services take place.
The RFP states the work will form the cornerstone of future health initiatives for all New Zealanders. As well, the solution will need to supply secure identification numbers for use within health and disability services.
The deadline for replies is Monday, January 26, 2009. More details are available on the Government Electronic Tenders website under ICCNZ reference 24015.
