Earthquake Commission to streamline phone contracts

The Earthquake Commission requires telecommunications services and support for its office, mobile phone and mobile data requirements. According to request for proposal documents released this week, the Commission has a mix of existing contracts for different phone services with companies such as Vodafone, Telstra and Zintel.
The Commission requires a consistent and comprehensive set of services to support its corporate needs. These include maintaining phone and cellphone numbers, local and national phone/data plans for land and cellphones, flexible 0800 plans and support, as well as support for temporary remote office services.
