Kingston’s local country manager Vaughan Nankivell has resigned from the vendor and will be leaving on Thursday, 30 September.
Nankivell joined Kingston as ANZ regional manager in February 2007 from his previous role in managing the Kingston business at distributor Ingram Micro.
He had been New Zealand country manager since April when the vendor promoted Marites Bairstow to oversee Australia.
Prior to joining Tech Pacific (now Ingram Micro), Nankivell worked at IBM software reseller Convergence.
“Vaughan has been an integral part of the Kingston family for many years now and we greatly appreciate his contribution to the growth of the Kingston business in the Australia and New Zealand region” says Kingston president and co-founder John Tu. “We wish him every success in his future endeavours.”
According to the vendor, details of Nankivell’s next role have not been released yet due to a confidentiality agreement.
