Hastings Council upgrades to multi function devices

Hastings District Council (HDC) has operated a number of photocopiers and printers over the past years.

Its present contracts are near, or at the end of their terms, and the opportunity is being taken to seek tenders to re-equip with multi function devices that can be managed in an integrated way across the council.

HDC is looking for devices that provide an improved document handling service for users, reduce technical support needs and reduce the overall cost of providing documents output.

It wants to establish a preferred supplier arrangement covering all print and copy devices.

The deadline for replies is Wednesday, September 29.
