Due to incorrect information supplied by the company, the story posted to the wire Monday, "Microsoft pitches proactive enterprise support," misidentifies the name of one of Microsoft's support levels in the 11th paragraph.
The story has been corrected on the wire and the paragraph now reads: The new service level is part of an already existing Premier portfolio of services from Microsoft, which until now had three levels of service -- Premier Foundation, Premier Standard and Premier Plus. Each level differs in services, price and delivery.
