Afternoon of mentoring, leadership and guidance on offer in Auckland

Reseller News is proud to announce the launch of Emerging Leaders, a forum designed to educate, mentor and showcase the upcoming technology talent in New Zealand.

In recognising the next generation of leaders coming through the ranks across the country, Emerging Leaders will also offer insights and guidance to Kiwi executives of the future.

Set for Thursday 11 April in Auckland, the half-day event will provide attendees with industry champions as keynote speakers, panelists outlining future opportunities and leadership pathways, alongside mentoring sessions from Reseller News Hall of Fame judges.

From a speaking perspective, keynotes will be delivered by Sarah Bowden, director of commercial and partner business at Microsoft; Mike Jenkins, founder of The Instillery and Cherie Roache, general manager of CCL.

Addressing the topic of Should I stay or should I go?, a panel of experts will include Michael Russell, CEO of Origin IT; Jo Haanstra, regional sales director of Duo and Jeff Clynes, country manager of Exclusive Networks.

In leveraging the experience and knowledge of Hall of Fame leaders, each attendee will also be allocated three 20 minute mentoring sessions, creating an environment to listen, learn and ask questions to industry experts.

Hall of Fame mentors include Andrew Allan; Dave Rosenberg; Darryl Swann; Gary Bigwood; Justin Tye; Kendra Ross; Mark Baker and Scott Green.

The forum will also include the 30 Under 30 Tech Awards, showcasing the brightest young talent in New Zealand.
