HPE honours leading Kiwi partners in 2018

Lexel Systems claimed four awards on the night

Hewlett Packard Enterprise has honoured its top performing partners across New Zealand in 2018, recognising a year of growth through the channel.

Unveiled during a ceremony in Auckland, awards were judged on a combination of revenue, performance against target, growth and overall engagement with HPE and customers.

Lexel Systems claimed four awards on the night, taking home Platinum and Growth honours, alongside individual recognition for Saif Nouri and Matthew Goodey across technical and sales.

Meanwhile, Datacom scored a triple win in Regional and Strategic categories, as well as Melvin Fleiser for technical expertise within the Aruba portfolio, in addition to Ingram Micro who received individual acknowledgment through Sejal Shah in marketing and Stephen Jones in channel.

Exeed claimed the distribution honours, while Acquire and Supply NZ took home Gold and Silver awards respectively.

Revera was recognised for excellence within the Service Provider market, with SoftSource shining as the leading Aruba partner in New Zealand.

From an individual standpoint, other key winners included Jeremy Abott of Spark for channel excellence.

Upcoming tech talent share insights at inaugural Emerging Leaders Forum 2019

The channel came together for the inaugural Reseller News Emerging Leaders Forum in New Zealand, created to provide a program that identifies, educates and showcases the upcoming talent of the ICT industry. Hosted as a half day event, attendees heard from industry champions as keynoters and panelists talked about future opportunities and leadership paths and joined mentoring sessions with members of the ICT industry Hall of Fame.
