Qrious partners with Adobe, targets NZ enterprise

Kiwi alliance leverages Adobe Experience Cloud

Qrious has unveiled a partnership with Adobe in New Zealand, aimed at delivering data-powered customer engagement solutions to enterprise customers.

Leveraging Adobe Experience Cloud, the offering “extends and complements” end-user services via Qrious’ UbiQuity marketing automation platform, which was acquired in June 2017.

Specifically, the Adobe services will include technical implementation and execution of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions to enable digital marketing and campaign delivery.

According to Nathalie Morris - recently appointed CEO of Qrious - the alliance will allow the Spark-owned business to provide “end-to-end digital customer experiences” for enterprise customers across B2B and B2C sectors.

“We are already highly-specialised in the marketing automation, data and analytics space, so we are in a unique position to put this expertise to good use delivering Adobe Experience Cloud for customers that have more complex, cross-channel, and broader digital experience requirements,” Morris said.

“What gets us out of bed in the mornings is helping organisations both large and small get the best business value out of their marketing tools.

“While the UbiQuity platform is perfectly suited for mid-market clients, the increased power that is behind Adobe Experience Cloud will deliver an enterprise solution that will put customer experience and engagement at the heart of digital transformation in larger and more complex businesses.

“Qrious will enable enterprise customers to get the most out of Adobe Experience Cloud and provide valuable on-the-ground expertise and execution for clients.”

Parent company Spark has been using solutions within Adobe Experience Cloud for the past five years, with the agreement representing an extension of the current partnership in New Zealand.

As a result, Qrious will be working with Adobe to implement Adobe Campaign for Spark, leveraging “collective expertise” to drive improved marketing results.

“By combining Qrious’ strong marketing automation experience with the power of Adobe Experience Cloud, we can provide customers with tailored solutions that fit their complex digital needs,” added Philip Cronin, director of partner sales, Asia Pacific, Adobe.

“We look forward to partnering with Qrious for continued success of our joint customers in New Zealand.”

A Kumeu, Auckland, winery was the venue for a Malwarebytes event for partner and prospect MSPs - with some straight shooting on the side. The half-day getaway, which featured an archery competition, lunch and wine-tasting aimed at bringing Malwarebytes' local New Zealand and top and prospective MSP partners together to celebrate recent local successes, and discuss the current state of malware in New Zealand. This was also a unique opportunity for local MSPs to learn about how they can get the most out of Malwarebytes' MSP program and offering, as more Kiwi businesses are targeted by malware.
