Waikato's Company-X and Silicon Valley digital engineering firm Enquero have teamed up in an enterprise software development partnership.
The collaboration marries Company-X’s software development expertise with Enquero’s digital engineering and solution architecture capabilities to deliver software integration services to global customers.
The two have both already delivered data platforms, capability architecture and unified customer experience to several Fortune 500 clients.
Such clients will now get access to a greater pool of talent than if they were working with just either alone.
The companies said the skills of their teams, geographical presence and existing client base complement each other and there is a natural alignment of values and business practices, with both companies practicing agile.
“Company-X and Enquero are already working together to solve the business problems of clients with smart software that they couldn't get elsewhere," said Company-X director and co-founder Jeremy Hughes. "Our collaboration will drive innovation both within our teams, and within our client businesses.”
Meanwhile, fellow co-founder David Hallett said the partnership created a "huge opportunity" and will target organisations seeking digital transformation to address legacy system roadblocks.
"There is a need for new tools and consulting and a lot of development and integration is required," he said.
Enquero chief executive officer Arvinder Pal Singh said the two companies had a track record of successfully delivering exceptional software.
"Combining the teams and experience will create a strategic partnership where our customers leverage a world-class engineering experience," he added.
Company-X is a finalist in the Reseller News Innovation Awards.
