Transition Systems lands sole distie deal with Avocor

Avocor products can support all types of UC hardware and software

Transition Systems has become the sole distributor for collaboration display vendor, Avocor, spanning Australia and New Zealand (A/NZ) markets.

Under the terms of the deal, Transition will distribute both E- and F-Series touch screens as well as new Windows collaboration displays.

The Avocor product line will complement Transition’s portfolio of unified communications (UC) solutions on both sides of the Tasman, designed to fully equip presentation and meeting rooms.

“There is a great untapped niche for agnostic display solutions work seamlessly with Unified Communications products and across multiple platforms,” said Mike Beesley, managing director of Transition Systems Australia.

“We are looking forward to a lasting and productive relationship with Avocor and a rapid growth of Avocor’s market share in A/NZ region.”

Specifically, Transition will be responsible for the marketing, channel sales and distribution of Avocor interactive collaboration displays, which offer users a tablet-like experience that can be optimised for both workplace and classroom environments.

“Avocor products are a favourite among IT and AV integrators and resellers because of their performance and that they’re agnostic and can support all UC hardware and software,” added Dana Corey, general manager of Avocor.

“Working with Transition Systems and their stellar team and infrastructure, now partners and clients in Australia and New Zealand can integrate Avocor collaboration displays into any size room and seamlessly into any enterprise.”

Founded in 1999, Transition Systems Group, an Asia Pacific regional distributor of technology products was acquired by Exclusive Group in January 2016.
