Igel partner program lands in A/NZ

Includes discounts based on partner tier level and participation in deal registration

German endpoint management solutions vendor, Igel, is rolling out a partner program to partners across Australia and New Zealand (A/NZ).

The program will offer a set of training and marketing tools for the channel, and has already started to be rolled out to some A/NZ partners during the past month.

Specifically, the program will provide Igel-delivered technical and sales enablement training, upfront discounts based on partner level tier and participation in deal registration, marketing support from Igel, including funds for joint activities and demo equipment and deep discounts for NFR hardware and software.

“We are very focused on growing our presence in the channel, and are already finding a good measure of success with dynamic, far-sighted service providers who see that the endpoint user experience is now leading a lot of digital transformation and decision-making," Igel regional manager, Marc Doehnert, said.

"This program will work across several fronts, but ultimately it is about Igel giving back to the reseller community, and empowering people to get the best value out their Igel solutions and the related technologies that form a modern, dynamic VDI solution."

Igel's local partners include Oobe, Thomas Duryea Logicalis and onPLatinum while in November, the company also announced a distribution partnership with Dicker Data.

From a technology perspective, Igel has also strategic alliances with Citrix, VMWare, Samsung, Lakeside and Nvidia.

At the time of the announcement, the vendor also expected to get closer to the Citrix channel locally, while at the same time enhancing Dicker Data’s portfolio of virtual solutions.

Igel also partners with Exclusive Networks.
