PrimeQ has partnered with specialist Oracle provider, SafePaaS, in a move designed to bolster risk management capabilities across Australia and New Zealand (A/NZ).

Headquartered in Dallas, USA, SafePaaS provides risk-based controls management solutions for enterprise organisations, leveraging expertise across cyber security and data privacy.

From a technology perspective, core offerings include AccessPaaS, ProcessPaaS and MonitorPaaS, as well as DocumentPaaS and Dataprobe.

“With the rapid adoption of Oracle ERP Cloud, there is growing demand for predictive risk assessment and automated mitigation as our customers leverage the latest Oracle Cloud applications to increase the efficiency and productivity on the modern digital platform,” PrimeQ COO, Mike Luyckx, said.

“SafePaaS enables our customers to address their governance, risk and compliance needs by deploying advanced controls within their ERP systems that prevent losses, waste and fraud.”

Leveraging the Oracle Cloud, SafePaaS also partners with IBM, Hitachi Consulting and Wipro, alongside Trevera, HCL Technologies and Accenture.

“We look forward to demonstrating our state of the art risk management solutions to Oracle customers in this market,” SafePaaS global alliances director, Jane Jones, added.

“Our global best practices, based on our success with over 250 Oracle customers, will enable organisations to safeguard sensitive information by monitoring user access, prevent fraud by predicting segregation of duty risks, and reduce losses by detecting suspicious transactions in ERP systems.”

The alliance comes less than two months after PrimeQ acquired fellow local Oracle partner, CRMNow, in December 2017, as part of a plan for “aggressive growth” in the local cloud marketplace.

With offices in Sydney and Melbourne, CRMNow made a name for itself focusing on its namesake, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and claims DXC’s Red Rock and PandaDoc as vendor partners, along with Oracle.

According to PrimeQ, itself a business built on Oracle solutions, the acquisition will bring together its own expertise in enterprise resource planning (ERP), transportation management and warehouse management, and CRMNow’s experience in CRM software.
