Charlotte Walshe makes changes to Jade's executive team with a focus on customers and on Australia

Charlotte Walshe has made her first visible moves as Jade software's new CEO.

Jade Software's new chief executive, Charlotte Walshe, is shaking up her executive team with two key appointments.

The revamp will see Jason Court, who was interim CEO before Walshe's appointment, become chief operating officer, bringing together the sales, marketing and delivery teams.

Meanwhile, Melbourne-based Craig Beveridge will assume the role of general manager Australia and director of delivery to further growth in the Australian market and drive global delivery.

Beveridge was previously chief operating officer and general manager Australia.

"These changes will enhance our engagement with our customers as we continue to provide a wide range of leading digital services," Walshe said.

Before Jade, Walshe served as CEO for Dynamic Controls, a manufacturer of electronic operating technology for medical equipment such as wheelchairs and has held directorships with NZ Trade & Enterprise.

UK-based Skipton Building Society bought-out minority shareholders in Jade Software in July 2017.

At the same time, Jade Logistics, which develops port management software, was acquired by USA Health, formerly a 26 per cent shareholder in Jade Software.

Jade Software reported a loss of $942,000 in 2016, down from $3.5 million in 2015 after increasing revenue by 24 per cent to $37 million.
