Former Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) government and enterprise specialist Shannon Harris has joined the leadership team at Spark-owned analytics company Qrious.

Harris was most recently government and enterprise solutions specialist at the tech giant but comes with over 18 years’ experience in selling large and complex software systems.

In addition, Harris has also held direct sales and leadership roles at companies such as AT&T Global, Triquestra, Lenovo, Walker Wireless (Woosh) and IBM.

A co-founder of Qrious marketing platform acquisition Ubiquity, Nathalie Morris, has also taken over as general manager of data powered marketing from Simon Conroy following the merger of the two companies.

Qrious CEO David Leach says Harris brings "high energy and passion" to the role, as well as a customer-centric mind-set.

“I know she will do a great job of leading our sales team, building on our strengths, uniting our people and achieving the outcomes we want,” Leach said.

Harris said she describes herself as a "sales hunter", but building customer centricity is what makes her tick.

"I believe that data and analytics is the key to providing critical insights that enable companies to make better decisions and a powerful way to create advantage," she added.
