Christchurch-based provider took home the top honours as MSP Partner of the Year

Computer Concepts Limited (CCL) has been recognised as the leading Kaseya partner across Australia and New Zealand, in recognition of a year of innovation and growth.

Following an awards ceremony in Sydney, the Christchurch-based provider took home the top honours as MSP Partner of the Year, following deep integration of Kaseya solutions and services.

“Kaseya has consistently innovated its solution set to meet the evolving needs of our business,” CCL development manager Paul Coan said. “Our investment with Kaseya continues to help us better service our customers, and accelerate the growth of our business.

“We have implemented Kaseya tools across all our managed customer environments and they are key in our ability to deliver on our customer SLAs.”

Meanwhile, Executive Choice for MSP of the Year went to Emerging IT, with the company awarded for its overall performance growth and advancement within the Kaseya ecosystem.

Other winners included Surety IT as Emerging Partner of the Year, and C3 Group, who was awarded the Innovation Partner of the Year title.

“Kaseya is fortunate to have an MSP community filled with the brightest, most dedicated partners in the industry,” Kaseya senior vice president of MSPs Miguel Lopez added.

“It’s an honour to recognise their innovative use of the Kaseya IT Complete platform, and showcase their continued performance and success.

“We succeed when our customers succeed. It is great to see them continue to grow their businesses and deliver high-quality IT services to their customers year after year.”
