Malwarebytes introduces new MSP program

Partners can preserve their margin through Malwarebytes' pay-as-you-go pricing model

Cyber security company, Malwarebytes, has taken the wrappers off a new managed service provider (MSP) program specifically aimed at the A/NZ market.

The program offers multi-tiered competitive pricing with significant margins on the line for MSPs. 

The pay-as-you-go pricing model is based on actual usage, which means partners can avoid high upfront costs and scale in line with their business growth.  

It is also offering flexible deployment options through a cloud-based management platform. 

Malwarebytes A/NZ channel director, Vikas Uberoy, said the costs of dealing with a malware outbreak can potential eat into an MSPs margin on fixed price customer engagements.

“Malwarebytes reduces, often to zero, the amount of human effort required to clean a PC. By leveraging Malwarebytes remediation, service providers can reduce costs that are incurred in the event of a malware infection and preserve their margin,” Uberoy said.   

“Overall, our aim with this program is to provide MSPs with the feature set and tools needed to successfully adapt to the ever-changing demands of security.

"This program gives them the benefit of a competitive, supportive program that offers them a unique edge in addressing their markets.”

The program features resources such as on-demand demonstrations, national and local networking events, and co-branded marketing materials.     

Partners will also have access to a dedicated channel sales and marketing team to support strategic planning and provide the best possible service to customers.

Some of Malwarebytes partners include Brisbane-based Sentrian, Christchurch-based My ITManager and Auckland-headquartered, Optimus Systems.
