New partnership sees DocuSign appointed to rhipe APAC vendor program

Software solutions specialist distributor, rhipe (ASX:RHP), has partnered with digital transaction management and eSignature company, DocuSign, in a move aimed at bolstering the company’s channel in Asia-Pacific.

Following the new deal, rhipe said its service provider partners can offer their SMB and enterprise customers the ability to achieve faster completed agreements through DocuSign’s cloud-based platform.

The specialist distributor added that through DocuSign, businesses can automate document processing and reduce operating costs with the convenience of digitally signing agreements on multiple devices.

“Companies around the world trust DocuSign’s secure, cloud-based platform, and this trust is one of the reasons behind our decision to partner with their digital transaction management (DTM) platform and eSignature service as a reseller,” rhipe chief strategy officer, Chris Sharp, said.

“In recent years, IT service providers and resellers have seen their businesses transform to cloud and applications service, as they find new ways to manage hybrid-cloud environments.

“This partnership will arm our service providers with the ability to offer a digital process that will help APAC businesses focus on their clients as opposed to chasing and managing paperwork,” he added.

According to DocuSign vice president for APAC, Brad Newton, the partnership with rhipe will open up a new channel of growth for DocuSign in the region.

“This is an opportunity to introduce even more APAC businesses to the capabilities and benefits of the DocuSign platform, as so many look to innovative digital solutions to transform, and achieve business growth.”
