IntegrationWorks has appointed Colin Philp as CEO, with the experienced leader tasked with spearheading global expansion plans.

Philp comes to the integration services company with a background of senior leadership positions in high-profile enterprises, including most recently CIO of the New Zealand Racing Board.

“IntegrationWorks is made up of a huge amount of talent and specialists in a growth area of the technology market,” Philp said.

“I will be working with our staff to continue to mature the business, and extend our way of working to new geographies.

“The key to that will be the ongoing focus on service and delivery performance, productising our skill set and ensuring a strong and responsive team culture as we expand globally.”

In his new role, Philp will be responsible for the global team across Australia, New Zealand and United Kingdom and working closely with the managing director of each geography.

“A priority for me is to have a deep understanding of our client’s requirements in a rapidly changing digital future,” he explained.

“Integration technology and services is an exciting space to be in as businesses evolve from traditional applications and environments to new, robust and agile platforms.

“My experience working in both vendor and partner organisations, and as a customer of IntegrationWorks services, has given me strong insights as to how to work together for quality outcomes."

With extensive experience in growing information technology teams, Philp has a strong background in strategic planning and more than two decades of information technology expertise across banking, finance, and telecommunications.

“Colin brings a wealth of leadership experience in our target markets and understands the positive impact integration can make on an organisation,” IntegrationWorks dounder and New Zealand managing director, Grant McKeen, added.

“Colin is a leader amongst a new vanguard of technology focused individuals that are driving and leading technology shifts across major enterprises - we’re incredibly pleased to have him on board.”
