Base 2 has selected Devicedesk to help drive the company’s B2B eCommerce strategy, bringing the Australian start-up to the New Zealand market.

Terms of the deal will see Devicedesk provide a secure online portal and catalogue for the managed service provider’s products and services, with its CatalogIQ product tailored with pricing and approval rules for each customer.

“Base 2 is always looking to improve our customer experience and have found a catalogue and portal tool that is unrivalled in the market,” Base 2 managing director, Greg Sharp, said.

“CatalogIQ’s market leading and unique ability to manage multiple customers in one place made the decision simple for Base 2.”

Sharp said Devicedesk’s CatalogIQ was selected based on product capability, pricing and quality of engagement.

Founded in late 2014, Devicedesk creates process and productivity analytics software for businesses of all sizes across Australia, with the move expanding the Melbourne-based company’s footprint to New Zealand.

“The addition of Base 2 to Devicedesk’s client list marks another major win, solidifying our position as a leading supplier of B2B eCommerce solutions in the market,” Devicedesk CTO, Greg Rudakov, said.
