Brother International has formalised its expanded South Island presence by opening its new purpose-built facility in Hereford Street, Christchurch, while introducing same-day delivery for the area and overnight delivery for the rest of the South Island.

“We have seen an increase in the number of South Island businesses who are looking for technology partners that can provide hands-on service and tailored solutions,” says Graham Walshe, Executive Chairman, Brother New Zealand.

“Our increased presence means we can deliver this support to South Island businesses, and work alongside them to help them grow.

“We are committed to ensuring South Island businesses have greater access to the hands-on support we are known for.”

In addition, Walshe says the Christchurch warehouse facility means the printing vendor can offer same-day delivery within Christchurch and overnight for the rest of the South Island.

“While we have had a presence in the South Island for more than a decade, we are very excited at the opportunities that exist for us to help a greater number of the region’s businesses improve their efficiency and productivity by being at their side,” he adds.

“Our expanded operation means that we now have the capability to support a greater number of businesses of all sizes across the South Island.”

Malwarebytes shoots the breeze with channel, prospects

A Kumeu, Auckland, winery was the venue for a Malwarebytes event for partner and prospect MSPs - with some straight shooting on the side. The half-day getaway, which featured an archery competition, lunch and wine-tasting aimed at bringing Malwarebytes' local New Zealand and top and prospective MSP partners together to celebrate recent local successes, and discuss the current state of malware in New Zealand. This was also a unique opportunity for local MSPs to learn about how they can get the most out of Malwarebytes' MSP program and offering, as more Kiwi businesses are targeted by malware.
