Computer Concepts Limited is leading the way in the channel as Citrix partners from both sides of the Tasman continue to embrace and achieve Citrix Specialist status.

Since the launch of Citrix’s new Citrix Solution Advisor (CSA) program at the beginning of the year, nine A/NZ partners - including CCL - have achieved a combined total of 13 Citrix Specialisations.

In addition, a further seven partners in APAC achieved Citrix Specialist status and 13 in EMEA.

Having become the first Citrix Specialist partner in New Zealand, Computer Concepts Limited - who won big at the 2015 Reseller News ICT Industry Awards last month - leads a local channel push that is setting the global standard for Citrix’s partner program.

According to Citrix, this sharp uptake of the program suggests the local channel recognises how in today’s fast changing and increasingly specialised technology space, businesses want to work with partners capable of demonstrating in-depth technical expertise.

Billed as the cornerstone of the new CSA program, Citrix Specialisations provides a framework for partners to demonstrate technical competency, end-to-end sales capability, and service delivery to customers.

To achieve Specialist status, partners are required to complete a series of e-learning courses and the most advanced technical certifications, provide customer testimonies, and demonstrate design and implementation competencies.

“With the technology deployed increasingly the difference between business success and failure, Citrix wants to ensure businesses in A/NZ can easily find the right solution and derive maximum value from them,” says Belinda Jurisic, Channel Sales Manager, Citrix A/NZ.

“Considering the number of Citrix Specialists in A/NZ already, the local channel is well placed to deliver these and we’re looking forward to seeing the business results delivered as a result.”
