Emerson Network Power has promoted Robert Linsdell to managing director of its Australia and New Zealand business, as the critical infrastructure company bolsters its local leadership team.
In this expanded role, Linsdell will oversee the development, coordination and execution of key programs for the A/NZ market.
Linsdell will lead the team as it continues its aggressive push in the region, targeting more customers and bringing Emerson’s solutions to the enterprise, industrial and mid-market areas.
“Robert has been driving the A/NZ sales team for more than a year as national sales director and his vision and programs have solidified Emerson’s position as the industry leader in providing holistic solutions for critical infrastructure,” says Anand Sanghi, president of Asia, Emerson Network Power.
“In this new position, I am confident that Robert will continue what he has started and lead Emerson’s development efforts as we continue to bring our technologies and solutions to address our customers’ unique demands.”
Linsdell is a seasoned business executive with a strong background pre-dominantly in the industrial, telecommunications and IT business segments.
Since joining Emerson Network Power Australia in March 2011 as state sales manager for New South Wales. In 2014, Linsdell was appointed director of national sales where he was directly responsible for all sales verticals and regional sales.
