​Paessler strengthens reseller offering with new partner program

Network monitoring solutions specialist Paessler AG has launched an improved partner program aimed at making it more financially rewarding for partners from the solutions provider channel to do business with the company.

The launch of the new partner program will see Paessler transition from a rebate-based reward system to a deal registration model.

According to Paessler, this will allow the company to further recognise its partners by providing more benefits, including immediate discounts and additional margins.

At the same time, the evolved scheme will also allow for even greater and better support from Paessler, as well as ensure the work of its partners are protected from aggressive market pricing.

“At Paessler, one of our primary goals is fundamentally to forge closer cooperation with the channel and attract new partnerships,” says Andrew Timms, Sales Director of APAC, Paessler AG.

“This, coupled with our rapidly growing regional and global revenues, has meant that we needed to introduce a raft of measures to evolve and improve our partner program.

“The first major step in this process is to move towards a reward system that reflects a deal registration model, which offers increased value for our partners and makes doing business with us even more worth it.”

<b>Reseller support</b>

Further to that, Timms says the enhanced program will also see added partner support from Paessler, from the customer acquisition phase through to the sale of PRTG licenses.

As part of the new scheme, Paessler partners will be classified into four different levels, determined by a points-based system and earned through revenue and marketing services, these levels include Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum.

The new partner program is now available globally, including Australia and New Zealand.
