New Zealand manager WiFi provider Tomizone has appointed High Wire Networks as its primary installation and service delivery partner in North America.
According to the growing company, the North American market is the world’s largest WiFi market and is a key pillar of Tomizone’s long-term growth plans.
At present, the global WiFi market is estimated to be US$14.8 billion in 2015 and is projected to reach US$33.6 billion by 2020.
“The appointment of High Wire in North America aligns with our strategy of utilising key channel partners to rapidly increase our geographic coverage,” says Steve Simms, CEO, Tomizone.
“A similar arrangement with Kordia Australia last month provides Tomizone with the same capability in Australia and New Zealand.”
Having successfully delivered charter customers in market, Simms says Tomizone now has the capability to progress its North American growth strategy in line with the company’s international expansion plans.
“High Wire’s ability and reputation for delivering any-scale installation across North America makes it the ideal partner for Tomizone,” Simms adds.
“With Tomizone’s scalable cloud-hosted software and an equally scalable service delivery partner now in place, the Tomizone North American sales team can activate its channel-sales plan.”
Simms says this plan has been developed to grow the company’s position as a cloud-based WiFi software solution, while leveraging the customer base of large systems Integrators and value added resellers.

High Wire has over 550 employees and manages a network of over 1,000 certified network engineers that cover more than 95 percent of the US population.
Simms says Jigh Wire will provide Tomizone with logistics and staging, installation and engineering and ongoing maintenance/management and support solutions for Tomizone products, as well as the networks in which Tomizone products reside.
