Reseller demand triggers Soft Solutions NZ IP distie deal

New Zealand IT products distributor Soft Solutions has announced the availability of H-TEK IP Phones in the Kiwi market.

New Zealand IT products distributor Soft Solutions has announced the availability of H-TEK IP Phones in the Kiwi market.

Triggered by growing reseller demand, the H-TEK range of IP Phones aims to offer full interoperability with 3CX Phone System, tapping into the company’s expertise as a VoIP manufacturer across almost 50 counties.

“We are excited about the relationship with H-TEK,” says Aaron Bhashkar, Business Development Manager, Soft Solutions.

“We have had demand from resellers who are looking for alternatives to phones that provision with 3CX Phone System natively, and H-TEK’s range of IP Phones deliver this right out of the box.”

Where budget is important, Bhashkar says H-TEK provides capabilities for customers needing a cost effective solution.

As H-TEK’s phones use SIP natively, users can connect to any VoIP system via username and password credentials and can use the phone right away.

Bhashkar says the entry level phone is the UC803P, which supports two-lines with 5-BLF keys and has a 132x64 LCD display.

The UC840P has three line capability whereas the UC860P supports four lines and includes 14 BLF keys.

In addition, the UC842G and UC862G have the same features as the UC840P and UC860P but are gigabit capable.

Also, the phones all support all the major codecs including G711, G722 (HD Codec) and G729, and support HD Audio on the handset and speaker phone while they also support network pass through with a secondary LAN port and can be powered by a PoE switch.
