UXC Oxygen breathes new life into SAP portfolio

SAP and cloud solutions company appoints Craig Stevenson as Business Manager for its customer engagement practice.

UXC Oxygen, the SAP and cloud solutions company, has appointed Craig Stevenson as Business Manager for its customer engagement practice.

Prior to joining UXC Oxygen, Stevenson was APAC Vice President of Sales at Birlasoft, a global IT software and services provider.

Before that he was Head of Sales at Amnis Group, a management consulting company. He has been involved with new business development for over 18 years and has considerable experience in the enterprise software and professional services fields.

Based in UXC Oxygen’s Melbourne office, Stevenson will be responsible for customers implementing SAP’s new Customer Engagement Commerce (CEC) suite of software solutions.

“This includes SAP hybris, SAP Cloud for Customer and SAP CRM implementations - all of which are aimed at helping organisations develop responsive, omni-channel commerce platforms, so they can achieve a 360 degree view of their customers,” Stevenson says.

“We have unique scale and proficiency in the key CEC technologies which enable us to deliver results for customers no matter where they are on the customer acquisition and retention journey.”

UXC Oxygen is the only SAP systems integrator in Australia with a “proven digital CEC offering”, claims Paul Wilson, Managing Director of UXC-owned digital agency, White Labelled.

“Following the acquisition of White Labelled and more recently contiigo, UXC Oxygen has the technical capability and demonstrable customer success stories across the full spectrum of customer experience management solutions,” he adds.

“We now have a digital solutions and implementation practice that has done the largest number of hybris implementations in Australia and can make the claim of being strongest practice implementing SAP’s customer engagement solutions across the A/NZ region.”

Wilson says UXC Oxygen’s CEC practice will look to leverage contiigo’s strengths in manufacturing, insurance, travel and government sectors, as well as White Labelled’s strong record of success in retail.

“There is a need for organisations across all these sectors to streamline and automate the way they service customers,” he adds.

“The combination of our digital experience and our expert SAP implementation track record positions us as the system integrator most able to bridge gaps between customers’ back-end ERP and front-end customer-facing solutions - with technology and services from one, integrated provider.”

With distance no longer a viable defence, Kiwi businesses are fighting to stay ahead of the security curve. In total, 28 per cent of local businesses faced a cyber attack last year, with the number in New Zealand set to rise in 2017. Yet amidst the sensationalism, media headlines and ongoing high profile breaches, confusion floods the channel, as partners seek strategic methods to combat rising sophistication from attackers. In sizing up the security spectrum, this Reseller News roundtable - in association with F5 Networks, Kaspersky Lab, Tech Data, Sophos and SonicWall - assessed where the channel sweet spot is within the New Zealand channel.
