Former Oracle stalwart heads up Landesk’s local channel drive

IT solutions provider Landesk appoints new Australia and New Zealand Territory Sales Manager in a move to fuel regional customer and partner momentum.

IT solutions provider Landesk has appointed Adam Blue as Australia and New Zealand Territory Sales Manager based in Sydney, in a move to fuel regional customer and partner momentum.

In this role, Blue is responsible for continuing to develop Landesk’s business in enterprise markets and will leverage more than 15 years of executive sales leadership and major account management expertise to drive channel and direct sales engagements supporting Landesk’s growth in the region.

Blue joins Landesk from Oracle where during the course of the past five years, he held several roles including Data Integration Specialist and NSW Territory Manager.

During this time, he held responsibility for new business development, enterprise sales, and partner enablement.

“Adam joins us at a time when we are seeing robust demand for Landesk systems, security, service, asset and mobility management solutions in Australia and New Zealand from both customers and partners,” says Nigel Seddon, Regional Sales Director, Landesk.

“He has had exceptional success throughout his career in generating new business and exceeding sales targets and we are very excited to have him apply this experience expanding our organisational footprint across Australia and New Zealand.”

Prior, Blue worked for three years as Business Development and Partner Manager at Ingram Micro where he was responsible for supporting the organisation’s HP enterprise servers and storage solutions across New South Wales, Queensland and the Australian Capital Territory.

Landesk has customers across multiple industry sectors in Australia and New Zealand—including retail, education, public sector and financial services—and sells through channel partners and hardware vendors.
