Canadian reseller helps NZ-developed business software reach new markets

"Developing an overseas partner ecosystem will help us develop global reach for these software products..."

Technology consultancy Theta has entered into a reseller alliance agreement with Toronto-based Project X for the promotion, sales and support of its Six Degrees enterprise planning software in Canada and the United States.

According to the New Zealand-based technology consultancy, Project X is a very successful MicroStrategy partner, with some of Canada’s best-known organisations amongst its client base.

“Our new partnership with Theta is a great opportunity to improve our ability to meet the needs of new and existing clients, while expanding the range of MicroStrategy marketplace applications and services we offer," says Stephen Hayward, CEO, Project X.

Terms of the deal will see Project X showcasing Six Degrees at MicroStrategy World in Las Vegas this week, a high-profile event attended by more than 3,000 enterprise analytics experts.

The company will also be pursuing a number of identified opportunities for Six Degrees in Toronto over the coming months.

This reseller alliance agreement with Project X is the first of its kind for Theta.

“Six Degrees is one of several Theta-developed applications ready for international markets," says Peter Hanley, Head of Six Degrees.

"Developing an overseas partner ecosystem will help us develop global reach for these software products, and we’re delighted to kickstart international marketing efforts though this new alliance with Project X.”
