Blue is the colour as Kiwis rule Kaseya A/NZ Partner Awards

“Our goal from the start has always been to give mid-sized New Zealand companies ‘big company’ IT services without the enterprise price tag.”

Kaseya has named its top performing MSP partners for 2014 across Australia and New Zealand, with Kiwi firm Code Blue taking out the top honour.

Winners achieved outstanding results across several areas and demonstrated particular success in revenue growth, business value generated for their customers and their progressive use of Kaseya solutions throughout 2014.

New Zealand services firm Code Blue earned A/NZ Partner of the Year in recognition of its "outstanding service commitment."

“Code Blue is delighted to have been named Kaseya’s MSP Partner of the Year,” says Ken Davis, co-founder and managing director, Code Blue.

“Our goal from the start has always been to give mid-sized New Zealand companies ‘big company’ IT services without the enterprise price tag.”

“Our leading market position today reflects our success in achieving that goal and Kaseya has been a critically important enabler in our journey.”

“Kaseya has been a consistent innovator developing solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business.

"We make big bets on Kaseya and our investment continues to be rewarded by CodeBlue’s reputation for the highest customer satisfaction metrics in our industry.”

Innovation Partner of the Year was jointly won by Computer and Network Solutions (CNS) and centreRED IT.

CNS services SME, mid-market and enterprise level organisations in New Zealand, while centreRed IT boasts a range of corporate and not-for-profit organisations among its customer base in Canberra and Melbourne.

“centreRED IT is thrilled to have won the Kaseya Innovation Partner of the Year Award for 2014,” adds Ken Forster, director, centreRED IT.

“Kaseya has allowed us to improve our ticket resolution processes and provides us with a level of customer visibility and interaction that was not possible before.”

Forster says centreREDIT had dedicated a full-time staff member to Kaseya with a focus on process automation through Service Desk.

“This award recognises the effort we have put in over the last two years to extract the maximum benefit from the Kaseya platform," he adds.

"Kaseya is a vital tool for centreRED IT, and as we continue to grow and improve our business we see a strong future working with Kaseya."

Australian technology giant Datacom, was named Kaseya’s 2014 Emerging Partner of the Year, following on from Kaseya’s success in winning the tender for the MSP’s cloud monitoring platform in June.

“Many of Kaseya’s leading MSP partners are operating in Australia and New Zealand, where the rapid adoption of cloud and mobile platforms presents complex challenges for organisations demanding sophisticated solutions,” says Kellie Hackney, APAC director of channels, Kaseya.

“Our annual MSP Partner awards are an opportunity to recognise the incredible depth of skill and experience of these companies, and the success that they’ve achieved in growing their businesses and that of their customers.

"It is great to have valuable partners like these who further strengthen the message about Kaseya’s leading innovations in the IT management market."
