Australian Customer Relationship Management software company, Tall Emu CRM has today launched a two-tier partner program to recruit resellers and affiliates across New Zealand.
Running in parallel with Australian operations, the CRM firm aims to provide its customer sales and marketing platform to the small to medium sized businesses it is designed for, many of whom are in regional or remote areas.
“We’re currently working directly with most of our clients," says Mike Nash, CEO, Tall Emu, "but given their large geographic spread, that tend to want boots on the ground, we really need to work with specialist partners and support them with our formal partner program.
“We have identified that our potential resellers want to establish a formal partner relationship, where they can achieve greater rewards and our new partner program delivers extremely generous commissions.
"They may specialise in a particular industry or region, but the benefit is that they know and understand the requirements of a small to medium sized business and what makes them tick.”
Nash says that with its new partner program, Tall Emu’s partner proposition is "crystal clear".
“We provide the platform and technology infrastructure and then we support our resellers all the way through the customer qualification and provisioning stages," he explains, "and of course if they want they can offer their additional services such as integration, customisation and training.”
Tall Emu’s partner program and the channel-centric restructure of the business is intended to recruit 20 quality technology resellers over the course of 2015 as well as a number of affiliates, including accounting firms, business consultancies and digital marketing agencies.
Kiwi resellers will be offered training on the Tall Emu CRM products and services as well as "generous commissions" of 20 per cent to affiliates who simply refer business and substantially more to resellers to sell licences for its CRM system.
