LogMeIn used its recent partner event in Sydney to launch its new Elevate channel program for A/NZ.
The event was attended by LogMeIn channel partners, such as IS Express Solutions and Human Software, and channel development vice president, Ted Roller, products senior director, John Purcell, and Asia-Pacific vice-president, Andy Farquharson.
Roller said the new channel program is designed to meet the needs of today’s Cloud-centric workplace.
“We’ve had a great early response to the channel partner program in North America, from both service providers and the channel community,” he said.
“We’re very excited about expanding Elevate into A/NZ, where we have longstanding relationships with many of the region’s top MSPs.”
By offering volume-based discount pricing on LogMeIn’s IT management offerings, partners and resellers will be able to use Elvate to create new high-margin offerings, extending to the vendor’s new Cloud app management offering, AppGuru.
“We understand that for channel partners increasing profitability and opportunities within their customer base is a priority, and the Elevate partner program is designed specifically with that focus,” Roller said.
Faster channel access
Marketing and educational resources have also been introduced to help the channel create, package and sell Cloud-centric managed services.
“We know that almost all of them are looking for ways to shift their future portfolio toward the needs of Cloud-centric businesses, and with that, change the focus of management from networks and devices to users and apps,” Roller said
Another new addition to the channel program is early access to resell LogMeIn’s apps such as join.me, Cubby and LogMeIn Pro.
“The goal is to make it easy for service providers to bring new services to market in ways that can help to increase both their opportunities and their profitability,” Roller said.
