Resolve Software Group has announced its dynamic case management (DCM) platform CloudBase now integrates with verification service RealMe.
CloudBase is a Cloud-native platform-as-a-service (PaaS) for DCM. Resolve said it has rolled out a number of successful installations of the software across New Zealand in the past 10 months.
RealMe is a verification service used by a number of government organisations in New Zealand.
The firm said the service provides users with a unique code via text message to a mobile phone when a RealMe identity is used. This code is required to be entered as part of the login process.
Government agencies using CloudBase to manage their DCM needs will now be able to login to CloudBase via RealMe according to Resolve.
According to the DCM solutions provider, the integration was achieved using security assertion markup language (SAML) 2.0. It supports exchanging metadata files for enabling integration between a client (acting as a Service Provider) and the identity provider. The RealMe login service (as the Identity Provider), uses SAML 2.0 metadata files for the majority of the configuration details required to enable integration for all environments.
