Future Knowledge to deliver Cornerstone OnDemand's Cloud-based talent management

Australian management consultancy, Future Knowledge, has partnered Cloud-based talent management solutions firm Cornerstone OnDemand to become a service provider across Australia and New Zealand.

Future Knowledge will be a service provider across Cornerstone's unified talent management suite.

The suite includes applications for recruiting and onboarding, learning and development, performance management, succession planning, compensation management and social collaboration.

Future Knowledge chief executive, David Guazzarotto, said the relationship was a natural evolution for the business.

“Organisations in Australia and New Zealand face a world’s worth of challenges – from a workforce spread across time zones, generations, nations and cultures, to the increasing complexity and competition required to attract and retain the right talent,” he said.
