Wellington-based managed services provider (MSP) and consultancy, Fronde, has appointed a new seven-member executive leadership team (ELT).
According to Fronde chief executive officer (CEO), Ian Clarke – who will lead the team – the ELT delivers experience in organisation development, growing sales, strategic partnerships, innovation, and commercial acumen, with the aim of driving the company’s future growth strategy.

“For our Fronde team, both present and future, they will see increased intensity of focus on enhancing the things that makes Fronde different.”
Part of the team is Don McLean, who has been appointed to the newly-created role of country manager for Fronde Australia, as well as Gary Woodham who has been hired to lead Fronde NZ.
Other members include chief financial officer, Amish Vallabh; chief marketing officer, David Roberts; chief technology officer, James Valentine, and human resources (HR) director, Jan Mottram.
