Adimex hires A/NZ channel management boss

Frank Nicolaci named sales manager for the region

Digital technology and media solutions distributor, Adimex, has appointed Frank Nicolaci to oversee channel management in Australia and New Zealand (A/NZ) as sales manager for the region.

In the role, he will work with AV and ICT resellers and integrators to build on existing relationships and develop new business opportunities for the distributor’s portfolio across cinema, TV production, storage and workflow management.

According to Adimex managing director, Andrew Mooney, Nicolaci’s experience in broadcast environments and sales and marketing will assist dealers in supplying effective solutions.

Nicolaci joins Adimex from San Francisco-based video and broadcast technology manufacturer, Green Valley, before which he worked for Quinto Communications, Philips Broadcast, Thomson, and the then 0/TEN Network.

Channel tees off on the North Shore as Ingram Micro hosts annual Cure Kids Charity golf day

Ingram Micro hosted its third annual Cure Kids Charity Golf Tournament at the North Shore Golf Club in Auckland. In total, 131 resellers, vendors and Ingram Micro suppliers enjoyed a round of golf consisting of challenges on each of the 18 sponsored holes, with Team Philips taking out the top honours.
