As per the agreement, Connector will be distributing the entire range of Calix’s E-Series, P-Series and T-Series solutions.

IT distributor Connector Systems has signed a distribution agreement with Calix, a provider of broadband access systems and software.

“We are very excited to be representing the Calix brand,” says Kevin Swainson, GM for security and telecommunications at Connector Systems. “Our goal is to grow the Calix market share in Australia and New Zealand across service providers and key verticals market segments.

"Calix provides a new and exciting opportunity for our partners to take innovative DSL and all fibre solutions to their customers. Whether it’s a new greenfield site or a customer wanting to transition from copper to staged fibre GPON roll out, Calix has a proven and innovative solution,” says Swainson.

“We have started certifying our technical and pre-sales engineers, as well as sales team, and will be working with our channel partners in helping them come up to speed and identify new opportunities within their customer base” says Swainson.
