Enlogic partners with RackPower

Appoints first NZ distributor

Datacentre energy vendor, Enlogic, has signed on RackPower as its first distributor in New Zealand.

The partnership gives RackPower exclusive rights to sell Enlogic’s fourth generation range of intelligent Power Distribution Units (PDUs) in New Zealand.

Enlogic’s range of PDUs aim to provide comprehensive, accurate energy measurement data needed to reduce waste, enhance operations, and prove the business case for optimisation.

Enlogic A/NZ country sales director, Shane Rowan, said the deal will help local businesses to simplify rack energy management in the datacentre.

Rowan claimed that the company selected RackPower for its a great reputation in New Zealand and its extensive experience, which will enable Enlogic to significantly increase brand awareness and product adoption in the emerging market.

“With a strong market footprint, RackPower ticked all the right boxes for us and we look forward to working with them to meet what we believe is a growing market trend towards intelligent energy metering products,” he said.

RackPower managing director, Peter Martens, mentioned that the Enlogic product portfolio compliments its own wide range of New Zealand manufactured 19-inch rack PDU solutions.

“Enlogic’s PDUs complete the range enabling RackPower to provide a complete quality solution for the datacentre industry. This partnership will enable us to provide a more customer centric solution in New Zealand,” he added.
