Unitrends strikes distie deal with Connector Systems Australia

Brings unified data protection to the A/NZ region

Backup and disaster recovery vendor, Unitrends, has inked a distribution deal with Connector Systems Australia to bring unified data protection to the A/NZ region.

As per the agreement, Connector Systems Australia will distribute Unitrends’ entire range of products.

Connector Systems Australia country manager, Andrew Craze, said it decided to partner with Unitrends as it is an upcoming vendor in the A/NZ market.

“We’re excited to be adding Unitrends to our storage, back-up and virtualisation business unit,” Craze said.

“The Unitrends story is compelling -having just completed their 18th consecutive quarter of growth – they bring a fresh approach to customer service and new business opportunities to our reseller partners.”

Unitrends international account director, Brett Lieblich, attributed the company’s success to its strategy of combining simple and affordable data protection solutions with a commitment to customer experience, technology, channel programs and strategic partnerships.

“We are delighted to be working with such a strong partner in A/NZ and we look forward to firmly establishing Unitrends in the Australian market and then replicating the explosive growth we have experienced globally,” he claimed.
