Optimizer HQ swipes its way into Europe and South-East Asia

Agreement to distribute locally developed Swipe Reader has been signed with ASAP Transaction Processing

A New Zealand developed mobile payment device, Optimizer HQ’s Swipe Reader, will be introduced to 31 markets in Europe and nine markets in South-East Asia, next month.

An agreement to distribute the New Zealand innovation has been signed with Hong Kong-based payment processing leader, ASAP Transaction Processing (ASAP TP), which will allow businesses to take credit card payments via their mobile phone.

Optimizer HQ CEO, Manas Kumar, said ASAP TP chose to enter into a strategic partnership with his company as Swipe Reader had features previously unavailable in the market.

Upcoming tech talent share insights at inaugural Emerging Leaders Forum 2019

The channel came together for the inaugural Reseller News Emerging Leaders Forum in New Zealand, created to provide a program that identifies, educates and showcases the upcoming talent of the ICT industry. Hosted as a half day event, attendees heard from industry champions as keynoters and panelists talked about future opportunities and leadership paths and joined mentoring sessions with members of the ICT industry Hall of Fame.
